Noun. The gradual development of something, especially from a simple to a more complex form.
This New Year’s Eve join us in a celebration of evolution of cuisine from the 1920’s to the 2020’s and beyond with courses and pairings inspired by culinary changes throughout the decades.
We will offer two seatings:
• Multi-course dinner with pairings from 5pm til 7:30
• Multi-course dinner with pairings and full NYE experience from 8pm until 2020 with entertainment by Marie Martens and The Messarounds.

As an additional note, we will also be celebrating personal evolution. With the opening of The Apis Hotel and Restaurant and staff relocation, this dinner is potentially one of the last times our core event design team will be working together on a Sazzy B event. We thought it only appropriate to have everyone who has made our events so incredible put their stamp on this end-of-an-era experience.

Every Wednesday at Sazzy B we offer half off our standard wine list by the bottle and by the glass. Thats right, the entire list. No matter what fermented grape tickles your taste buds tonight… we will have an offering of it for next to nothing.
Additionally, Every Wednesday our chef staff cooks up a new and incredibly delicious giant bowl of pasta for only $10.
Want to to put together an impressive get together? Combine these specials for an outstanding meal for two with a bottle of impressive wine for under $40.
To complete the evening, our favorite dinner hour piano player, Ed Doody, is here every Wednesday from 7-9. He plays quietly and unobtrusively to enhance, rather than distract from, your dining experience.
If you prefer to hang at the bar and meet a few people, Wednesdays are the perfect night. Our “super regulars” are here every Wednesday and it is close to impossible to be in the same area as our “Wino Wednesday Warriors” and not have a smile on your face.

Tuesday nights at Sazzy B are always rockin. You’ve heard of a ‘happy hour”… but Top Shelf Tuesdays are more like a “Happy Day”…
Minus The Fonz of course.
From the moment we open, all the way until midnight, we offer half off all name brand liquors and cocktails. On top of that, select starters from our menu are also half price the entire duration of our kitchen hours. That means you can get get a belly full of delicious food and a whole bunch of your favorite libation without breaking the bank.
Sound too good to be true? Stop in on a Tuesday and test it out. If you have a party of 4 or more and want a dinner table, we highly recommend a reservation. It tends to fill up quickly.
We also host an open mic night featuring some of the areas most talented musicians. The music starts between 8:30 and 9. Stick around after dinner and show us your hidden talent or just open your ears and be prepared to discover local talent that you had no idea you were missing out on.
